Top Ten Reasons to Stay in Our Home-Away-From-Home

	Private Pool. A hotel pool is shared by all the guests (sometimes thousands) of the hotel. Our pool is just for your party. We have two neighbors, and there are privacy screens between our backyards. Other homes have a neighbor in the back, who frequently can see right into your pool (and you can see into theirs). We back onto the golf course, and you enjoy total privacy.
Golf Course View. Our neighborhood sits on an exclusive, par 72 golf course. Our house backs onto the 10th hole. The view is awesome! (Yes, this pic is taken from the backyard).
	Exclusive, Quiet and Safe. Highlands Reserve is a very exclusive neighborhood. It’s quiet, and a place where you can feel safe taking a walk (or morning jog). Several of the residents drive their golf carts to and from their tee times. The home owners association is very active, and the homes are meticulously maintained. You won’t find a similar neighborhood in the Orlando area.
Clean. Our home is a featured Best Western® Exquisite home. As such, we are part of the Best Western chain of properties, and parties can book our home through Best Western (although at higher prices). It also means that we are subject to occasional inspections for cleanliness and quality. When you stay in our home, you can rest assured that the place will be immaculate.
	Heavenly Beds. We have Sealy Posturepedic plush beds in every room, and the king and queen beds feature pillow tops with memory foam. When you’re spending so much for a vacation, why torture yourself on an inferior bed? Theme park hopping, golf, shopping, and all the night life can wear you out – come home to a heavenly night’s sleep!
Long Distance Telephone and Internet Access . When I travel, one thing that irks me is having to pay exorbitant fees just to use the telephone or go online. Not a worry at our home! We’ve included High-Speed DSL andl local and long distance calls within the U.S.A., Canada, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.– all for as long as you like, with no additional fees. (We thought you would like that).
	Room to Relax. A typical hotel room will have 350 square feet of space. A large suite might double that, and in the Orlando area, will come with a hefty price tag. A condo will come with more room, but usually will skimp on kitchen space, have a shared pool, and neighbors above, below, and everywhere around you. Our home gives you 1578 sq. feet of space, including two separate living areas. The family room houses the tv and is connected to the kitchen (my two favorites!), while the living room has the fireplace and a comfy leather sectional to curl up with a good book or just visit. We can accomodate almost any sleeping arrangement, as our three bedrooms include a king, queen, and two twins, and we have two (!) sofa sleepers.
Real laundry area. Bringing a group for a week? Don’t pack as if you’re going on safari. We have a full size washer and dryer for occasional accidents, or for those who don’t mind packing light and doing a load mid-week.
	Easy Location. We’re 15 minutes from Disney World, and yet located in a quiet neighborhood – just the place to unwind after a hectic day. It’s easy to get to, and convenient to I-4, US192, and US27.
